Every customers' data is stored securely encrypted on our server with super secure 448-bit blowfish encryption. All of our servers are tightly secured with extensive analog and digital video surveillance at all times. Access to our data center is protected by digital card-keys.
Our
fibre-optic uplink through two dedicated OC-12 (622 Mb/s each) circuits. The OC-12 SONET ring consists of two redundant OC-12s traversing two separate paths and having two diverse entry points into our facility, thus providing the ultimate in reliability and performance.
This is further built upon by our redundant connectivity to multiple Tier 1 providers (UUNet, Sprint, AT&T, Global Crossing, Level 3, Teleglobe) via 6 separate DS-3s (45 Mb/s each) .
Our internal network consist of redundant architecture Gigabit Ethernet-based network, using Cisco backbone-grade equipment
Our
Data Center feeds from two separate, redundant power grids; if one power grid goes out, we still would not lose power. We also operate a high-capacity Liebert UPS system. Two 20-ton Liebert AC units are in use, maintaining a consistent temperature of 18C and a dust-free environment.
All of our servers are backed up daily using 1.9TB (terabyte) robotic tape autoloader library backup systems, as well as multiple RAID-based high-volume backup units.
