Onsite Server Recovery, allows a failed server to be restored within minutes without redundant, non-operational hardware. In conjunction with the Offsite Continuous Data Protection (CDP) feature of the Data Backup and Restore product, we can restore a server with minimum (or no) data loss.  On a scheduled basis, our proprietary software will virtualize your production servers and store the resultant virtualization files on our Gateway Server. If a protected server fails, it is brought online within minutes using the virtualization files within the VMware environment on the Gateway. This significantly reduces your Recovery Time Objective (RTO). With CDP, the recovered server is updated to its state at the time it failed. This significantly increases your Recovery Point Objective (RPO).

Recovery Site Hosting (Hot Site)

With Recovery Site Hosting, Data Vault restores your critical servers at the Data Center and provides secure access for your mission critical personnel. This scenario allows your personnel to continue working as your IT infrastructure is rebuilt.  On a scheduled basis, our proprietary software will virtualize your production servers and store the resultant virtualization files. Our Data Backup and Restore product is used to back up these files to the Data Center.

Through this entire process, your servers never go off-line.   After a disaster strikes your site and your servers are lost, we initiate a restore of the virtualization files in the Data Center. Next, the files are imported into the standby servers (running VMware ESX), brought online and updated. Access to the servers is available through a VPN or another custom solution.
